Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Lava Cake

This ended up being such a great recipe.  I am really excited to share it with you.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Lava Cake

Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines Brownie mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
6 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray 6 ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix brownie mix according to directions on the package.  Then fill ramekin 1/3 full with brownie mix.  Then put the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on top of the brownie mix.  Next fill the ramekin to 2/3 full with brownie mix.   Do this with all of the ramekins.

You can see the peanut butter cup at the bottom.

Bake for 40 minutes.  Take out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes.  Then serve.

Serves 6

    1. Hi Julie,
I think it would be okay in a cupcake pan. I think you would need to reduce the cooking time. Start checking it at 25 minutes. I am going to your blog now.
