Mimosa's For Friday's Happy Hour

I love New Years morning, because it means Mimosas in our house with our breakfast.  We have our champagne on New Years Eve, and then we have Mimosas the next morning.  They are so good and a great way to use up the leftover champagne.  I hate having it go to waste.

Mimosas For Friday's Happy Hour or Sunday Brunch

Ingredients:

Champagne
Orange Juice

Directions:

Fill a champagne glass half full with champange.

Next, fill the rest of the glass with orange juice.

You now have a Mimosa.  Wasn't that easy, and it is so tasty too.  It would also be great for Sunday Brunch.  I always love hearing from you.

Have a great weekend!!!

  1. I don't drink, but have wondered what a mimosas was made of.

    1. Hi Jenny Lynn,
Thanks for coming by. They are easy to make, and the name is really pretty. I think you could do a non alcoholic version with ginger ale or sprite and OJ. That would taste good also.
      Have a great weekend.
