This week I made a beautiful White Tulle christmas Wreath, and I love it. I can't wait until next Friday to put it on my front door.
I had been wanting to make a wreath for a while. I had bought a straw wreath last summer, but never got a chance to do anything with it. Then in October before I went away, I was at Hobby Lobby and I saw all kinds of Christmas stuff, and decided to make this White Tulle Christmas Wreath.
I started working on the wreath last week, and finished yesterday. I cut two foot strips of tulle and tied them around the wreath. It is very fluffy looking. I had also bought several different silver and crystal decorations to put on it.
Anyway, here are step by step instructions for making this wreath. It is pretty easy, and was really fun to make.
White Tulle Christmas Wreath
Supplies:
1oo yard roll of 6 inch tulle
1 18 inch straw wreath
3 silver flower and leaf clusters
1 silver leaf, crystal, and ball cluster
3 rhinestone clusters
1 cluster of single crystal
Instructions:
Cut entire roll of tulle into 24 inch strips
Then tie strips onto wreath, make sure when you tie the knot, that both sides are even.
Once all of the strips are tied onto the wreath, start placing your clusters.
Place them where you think they look best. I placed 3 on one part and then on on about 1/3 distance around the wreath from the first 3.
Next, I place the crystal clusters in between the large cluster.
Then I tied other crystals to some other areas of the wreath.
Hang it on the door and you're done.
This is a pretty simple project. You could do it in other colors and with different decorations. Make it your own.
I hope that you like this project, and I always love hearing from you.
Have a great week!!!
