2 packets Lipton's onion soup
1 lb golden potatoes

Almond Hot Chocolate for Friday's Happy Hour

Today we are having a drink called Almond Hot Chocolate for Friday's Happy Hour.  I made this for David when I was making all of the Hot Chocolate recipes.  He doesn't love peppermint, so I made him an Almond Hot Chocolate.

So here it is:

Almond Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

2 cups milk
4 TB chocolate syrup
3 oz almond Liqueur
Whipped Cream
chopped almonds

Directions:

Heat milk and chocolate until hot, but not boiling.

Pour into 2 mugs.

Add 1 1/2 oz almond liqueur to each cup.

Add whipping cream on top of the hot chocolate and garnish with chopped almonds.

Serves 2

I hope you like this easy hot chocolate recipe.  I always love hearing from you.

Enjoy!!!
