Green Bean Casserole

Today, I am giving you my recipe for my Green Bean Casserole.  This is one of my favorite side dishes during the holidays and it is so simple to make.  I love this so much I even eat it for breakfast.  I hope that you like this recipe as much as I do.

Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cans seasoned french style green beans (drained)
1/4 cup butter
3 TB flour
2 containers sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a shallow casserole dish.

Melt butter in a saute pan and add flour.  Cook for several minutes.

Then add salt and pepper

Add the sour cream to the butter and flour mixture.

Mix well and add the green beans.

Stir until combined and pour into a shallow casserole dish.

Spread cheese over the green bean mixture.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes

Serves 8 to 10 people.

I hope you like my recipe for Green Bean Casserole.  I always love hearing from you.

Enjoy!!!
