6 puff pepperidge farms puff pastry shells

Directions:

To make puff pastry shells

Follow the directions on the puff pastry package to cook the shells.  Let them cool off totally when done, before filling.

To Make the Chocolate Mousse

Put the chocolate pudding in a mixing bowl and then add the 2 cups of whipping cream.

Beat until light fluffy and smooth.

Spoon the chocolate mousse into your puff pastry shells.

Set the top of the shell back on at an angle

You can serve immediately or refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Strudels

These Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Strudels were delicious.  I made them a few weeks ago, and I had to send them to Charly's for Ryan and his friend Doug, otherwise I would have eaten them all.  They were so easy to make also.  They were so easy to make they are dangerous for me to have around. Anyway, apparently, Doug ate them and said they were really good.

Cinnamon Sugar Breakfast Strudels

Ingredients:

1 can Pillsbury Grands Cresecent Rolls
1 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting ( recipe to follow)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 TB milk ( add more a little at a time of frosting is too thick.)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray

Unroll crescent rolls and separate at perforations.

On 4 halves of the crescent rolls spread a generous amount of butter, being careful to stay away from about 1/4 of an inch from the edges.

Next, mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle thickly over the butter on each of the 4 crescent rolls, again staying away from the edges.

Next, lay the unbuttered crescent rolls on top of the buttered crescent rolls.

Take a fork and press the edges together with the tines of the fork.

Lay on sprayed cookie sheet

Put in oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk.  If it is still to thick to spread add a little more milk a little at a time.

Spread the frosting on the strudels and serve.

These so amazingly good.  I hope you like the recipe also.  I always love hearing from you.

Enjoy!!!
