A Paloma for Friday's Happy Hour

I thought A Paloma for Friday's Happy Hour looked great for today.   I'm in Buenos Aires heading to the Antarctic, and this is a great refreshing warm weather drink before I head to the much colder 20 hour days of the Antarctic.  It's a simple recipe and the grapefruit juice is delicious in it.  Kind of a different take on a Greyhound.

A Paloma

Ingredients:

1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1  rib lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup club soda
wedge of grapefruit
salt

Directions:

Rub grapefruit wedge around the rim of the glass.
Put salt on a plate and rim of the glass in the salt.

Pour the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and the sugar in the glass and mix until the sugar disolves.
Next add the tequila and the club soda, stir and serve.

I hope you enjoy this great refreshing drink.  It's really delicious.  I always love hearing from you.

Enjoy!!!
