Tammy's Barbeque Brisket


Today's we have Tammy's Barbeque Brisket, which is supposed to be amazing.  Tammy is a friend of Vince's and I think you are going to love this recipe.  Vince say's it is amazing.  


Tammy's Barbeque Brisket 

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Simmer together for 15 minutes:

1/3 C red wine vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic - chopped
3 1/2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
4 drops Tobasco
1 tsp paprika
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 C ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 C water
Sprinkle 1.5 - 2 pound brisket with celery seed and pour sauce over it.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour per pound.

Baste and turn every 1/2 - 1 hour.

Cover during last half of baking.

Slice and remove fat when meat is tender.

Place back in pan and let cool a in sauce.

Reheat and serve on buttered mini buns.


Double or triple as necessary.
